The purpose of the association is the promotion of development co-operation and the promotion of education.
This is realized through cooperative projects between the global South and North to improve development, knowledge transfer and empowerment.

To realize this

• the Organization launches, promotes and supports development co-operation projects that promote self-empowerment/development
• provides information and education and carry out public relations work to promote migrants empowerment
• engages in international projects in Education, Agriculture, Information Technology and skill acquisition programs.
